CurryPro Professional Solutions - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By engaging with CurryPro Professional Solutions ("CurryPro", "we", "us"), you ("Client", "you", "your") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Resume Writing: Creation of a tailored resume.
Cover Letter Writing: Crafting personalized cover letters.
LinkedIn Profile Optimization: Enhancements for better professional networking.

3. Payment

Payment in full is required before services commence.
All prices are in USD.
No refunds or returns for services.

4. Delivery

Digital products will be delivered within 5 business days post-payment, in PDF format.

5. Revisions

Three revision cycles included per service, unless stated otherwise.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Confidentiality

Client information remains confidential, with exceptions for legal obligations.
CurryPro will never share your information.

7. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information for services.
Prompt responses to feedback requests for timely delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

Documents are for Client's use only; no resale or redistribution without permission.
CurryPro may showcase work in portfolios unless the Client objects in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not offer financial advice; all information provided is not to be construed as such.

10. 60-Day Interview Guarantee

All paid resume and cover letter packages include three (3) full revision cycles and our 60-Day Interview Guarantee. If you do not receive at least one (1) job interview within sixty (60) days of receiving your final resume, CurryPro Professional Solutions will completely rewrite your resume at no additional charge.

To qualify for the guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

You must submit applications to a minimum of fifteen (15) qualified positions during the 60-day period using the resume provided by CurryPro (or the revised version we delivered).
You must use the resume exactly as delivered or after any revisions completed by us.
You must provide reasonable proof of the applications submitted (such as confirmation emails, screenshots from job boards, or application tracking records).

This guarantee applies only to the resume itself. It does not apply to cover letters, LinkedIn optimization, business plans, or any other ancillary services. The guarantee is void if the client fails to meet the application minimum or cannot provide proof of submissions.

11. Termination

The agreement can be terminated for cause if a breach persists for 7 days without cure.

12. Governing Law

Governed by laws of CurryPro's jurisdiction.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration.

14. Referral Program

CurryPro Professional Solutions offers a $50 Referral Program to reward clients and supporters who refer new customers.

If you refer a new client who completes the purchase of any paid resume package ($150 or higher), you will receive a $50 cash payment via Venmo or PayPal.

Program Terms:

Only one $50 payment will be issued per successfully referred client.
The referred client does not receive any discount on their purchase.
Referrals are unlimited.
Payment will be issued within 10 business days after the referred client’s purchase is confirmed and payment has cleared.
To receive credit for the referral, you must inform us (via email to mike@currypro.net) at the time the referred client submits their free review or places their order.
This program applies only to new clients who have not previously purchased from CurryPro.

CurryPro reserves the right to modify or discontinue this referral program at any time without notice.

15. Changes to Terms

CurryPro may update these Terms; continued use after changes implies your acceptance.
